New meetings create Google Meet links through Google Calendar integration—invite team members and external guests by email without a separate Zoom subscription. Recordings, AI transcription, and summaries help you capture board and donor conversations.

Video Conferencing requires Plus, Pro, or Enterprise. Open it from My Workspace. Safari users hear audio through the system default output; speaker selection works best in Chrome or Edge. Pair with Public Scheduling when donors book time that should automatically include a Meet link.
