Video Conferencing

AlignMint schedules meetings on Google Calendar and uses Google Meet for the video link. There is no in-app meeting room. Join from Meetings or My Calendar. Older Video links still open a compatibility page that hands you to the same Meet URL.

Video scheduling requires PlusProEnterprise and a connected Google Calendar. A missing Google connection does not block the local meeting record—you still keep the agenda and notes in AlignMint while we show reconnect guidance. See Public Scheduling. A public booking lands on My Calendar and does not create a Google Meet link.

How video works

Create the meeting in AlignMint. Google Calendar holds the event. Guests receive a Google Meet link by email. You join that link from the meeting occurrence or calendar event—the same way you would join any Meet call.

What AlignMint keeps

• The meeting series, occurrence, roster, and agenda
• Notes and Action Items you write in AlignMint
• The Meet link and calendar sync status

What Google keeps

Recordings, transcripts, and Google’s optional meeting notes live in Google, under that product’s controls. AlignMint does not import those files into your books or donor records.

Good to Know

You join in Google Meet, so speaker and camera settings stay in Google, not in AlignMint. See My Workspace and Meetings for the current home of video on the hub.
