New meetings create Google Meet links through Google Calendar integration—invite team members and external guests by email without a separate Zoom subscription. Video Conferencing requires Plus, Pro, or Enterprise. Open it from My Workspace. Safari users hear audio through the system default output; speaker selection works best in Chrome or Edge. Pair with Public Scheduling when donors book time that should automatically include a Meet link.
