Data Migration

Bring your existing data into Alignmint via CSV import. We support importing donors, donations, and chart of accounts.

Preparing Your Data

• Export data from your current system as CSV
• Review and clean up any duplicates or errors
• Map your fields to Alignmint's format

Import Types

• Donors: Name, email, address, phone, custom fields
• Donations: Donor, amount, date, fund, payment method
• Chart of Accounts: Account number, name, type, parent
