Administration → Financial Integrations is the parent-organization page for outside financial systems. That screen is not open in the live product yet. Bank accounts, ADP payroll, and Ramp each have a working path somewhere else until the page opens.

Bank accounts, including the Plaid bank connection, stay on Administration → Chart of Accounts → Bank Accounts. Add the bank there, start the Plaid link there, and open reconciliation from the same bank. Bank Reconciliation is where you match the feed to the ledger.

ADP payroll connects from Fund Accounting → Payroll. A posted run writes wages, taxes, and deductions into the ledger. After that, Reports → Payroll Summary lists those totals by person and pay date. Payroll is the connection. Payroll Summary is the report of what already posted.

The Ramp section on Financial Integrations is not open either. AlignMint stays the books. Ramp stays the card program. Until that section is open, record the card expense in Expenses or post a balanced entry in Journal Entries, and keep coding the swipe in Ramp. Ramp Cards describes the connection that page will make: send the chart of accounts and the funds you can spend from, then post a coded charge to the expense account and fund chosen on that swipe. Bills, reimbursements, and donor gifts are not part of that connection. A check you write in the office still uses Record payment.

Good to Know

Do not look for a Bank Accounts, ADP, or Ramp setup screen under Financial Integrations today. Directors and accountants do this work on the parent organization.
