Your In-App AI Assistant

Minty AI lives inside alignmint.app for parent org and fund user roles. It reads your actual records in real time, runs math, and explains accounting concepts in plain language. It does not replace your CPA for tax or legal advice.

What Minty AI Can Do

• Query your data: Donors, donations, volunteers, events, accounting balances, and documents in My Files

• Navigate to reports: Answers include clickable links to the full report or record

• Math and concepts: Percentages, depreciation, allocations, and fund accounting basics

• Query templates inside Minty: Pre-built prompts matched by semantic search when you chat in Minty—not from the header search modal (Cmd/Ctrl+K)

• Selected actions with confirmation: Minty can schedule meetings, log mileage, create tasks, and update records when you confirm. See Minty AI Actions for the full list.

How to Access Minty AI

• Sidebar: Click Minty AI in the main navigation

• Header dropdown: Click the robot icon on desktop for a quick chat panel

• Not from Global Search: Cmd/Ctrl+K finds people, pages, tools, and reports—it does not open Minty or list query templates. Use Minty directly for AI questions.
