My Files

My Files (formerly Drop Box) is where you store and share documents inside AlignMint. Use it for statements, receipts, tax forms, and board packets instead of email attachments.

Available on PlusProEnterprise. Listed as My Files in the workspace hub. Free includes the hub. See Workspace Overview.

Share files with your team

Create folders, set who can see each folder, and upload from your computer. Fiscal sponsors can share a folder with a sponsored organization. Teams inside one organization can keep finance files in one place.

What You Can Do

• Upload statements, receipts, and compliance PDFs
• Control visibility per folder
• Share a monthly financial package with a fiscal sponsor
• Store board packets for directors to download

Common Tasks

1. Open My Workspace → My Files.
2. Create or open a folder, then set who can view it.
3. Upload the file and share the folder with the people who need it.

Good to Know
