Quick Answer: Organization Settings

Your nonprofit profile—legal name, EIN, address, logo, and public description—lives in Settings → Organization at /settings. Every plan can complete org setup here, including Free. This is separate from the Administration hub (Plus or above), which holds chart of accounts, payment integrations, and other finance tools.

Fiscal year end and accounting basis are configured under Fund Accounting → Chart of Accounts → Account Defaults, not on the Organization tab. Date format, time zone, and currency display are under Settings → Preferences. For first-time setup, see Setup Organization.

Update the profile donors, grantors, and staff see across giving pages, receipts, and reports.

Organization tab (Settings → Organization)

• Legal name, DBA, and EIN
• Mailing address and phone
• Logo and public description
• Website and social links
