Group Scheduling
Quick Answer: Group Scheduling
Group Scheduling polls let you offer several meeting times, share one public link, and collect yes / maybe / no replies. When you pick the winning slot, AlignMint creates a team-visible calendar event. Use this when several people need to agree on a time. Use Public Scheduling when one person should book a fixed slot on your calendar.
Where to find it
Start a poll from My Workspace → My Calendar. Public Scheduling remains the one-to-one booking page. Group polls are the many-people path on the same calendar.
What you can do
- Enter a title, optional description, timezone, and candidate times
- Copy a public poll link—no AlignMint login required to vote
- Collect name, email, and yes / maybe / no for each option
- Let a voter update their answers by submitting again with the same email
- Close a poll or finalize the chosen option
- Land the chosen time on My Calendar as a team-visible event
Common tasks
Find a time for a committee huddle
- Open My Calendar and start a group scheduling poll.
- Add three or four candidate times in your organization’s timezone.
- Share the public link with the committee.
- When enough people have voted, finalize the best option. The event appears on My Calendar for the team.
Good to Know
This is AlignMint’s own poll—not an outside scheduling website. Pair it with My Calendar and Meetings when the chosen time should become a recurring series afterward. Public Scheduling still owns donor or partner booking pages with fixed availability.
