Pledge Campaigns
Quick Answer: Pledge Campaigns
Run community pledge drives with public giving pages, staff review queues, and receivables that post only after approval—Pro or Enterprise required.
Pledge Campaigns
Pledge Campaigns monitor public pledge submissions collected through pledge-type giving pages. Visitors promise support online; your team approves or declines before amounts flow into pledges receivable and the general ledger. Anonymous submissions never create receivables until a reviewer accepts them.
What You Can Do
- Track pending, approved, and declined pledges per published campaign
- Share public links from donation pages configured for pledges
- Watch goal progress as submissions arrive
- Approve valid pledges so finance can recognize receivables using the standard pledges workflow
Common Tasks
Launch a bike-a-thon pledge drive
- Create and publish a pledge giving page with goal, story, and form fields.
- Share the public URL with participants and sponsors.
- Review pending rows in Fundraising → Pledge Campaigns and approve legitimate pledges.
Good to Know
Pledge Campaigns require Pro or Enterprise. Declined pledges remain visible for audit but do not affect totals. Draft pages stay internal—share only published links.
Approved pledges use the same receivables tooling as staff-entered commitments; coordinate with Pledges Manager for drawdowns and fulfillment.
