Donation Pages
Build and publish giving pages from Donor Hub. After you publish, copy the page link and share it in campaigns, social posts, and print.
A published page is not enough on its own. Finish Giving Setup so supporters can complete checkout. If gift accounts are not set, they cannot pay yet.
Available on plans with Donor Hub giving pages. Pair with Giving Setup and Gift Invites.
Build the page
The Donor Page Builder is a form-based editor. Choose the receiving fund, set the title and page address, add the story and media fields, then save or publish. Use preview before you share.
What You Can Do
- Create draft, published, and archived giving pages in Donor Hub
- Copy the published link from Donor Hub instead of typing an address
- Use the same gift form on your website
- Donation pages collect gifts on All plans with Donor Hub. Pledge pages are available on ProEnterprise.
Publish and share
Manage pages in Donor Hub → Giving Pages. Copy the published link from Donor Hub. Do not build the address yourself.
A form on your website asks for the same gift details as the standalone page. Colors and spacing may look different. The questions the donor answers should stay the same.
Gifts versus pledges
Donation pages collect gifts through secure online checkout. Pledge pages record promises only. A public pledge does not charge a card or create a donation until your team accepts it.
Gift Invites work on published donation pages, not pledge pages. See Gift Invites and Pledge Campaigns.
Checkout and confirmation
Wait until AlignMint shows the gift as complete before you treat it as posted. Closing the browser is not enough. If it is still pending, retry that same checkout. Do not start a second payment.
Privacy, covered fees, purpose, and recurring choices stay with that gift. If you need a different amount or purpose after they start, send a new link.
Donation Records
After payment is confirmed, the gift moves through your normal donation, accounting, and follow-up steps. For receipts, see Donation Receipts.
