Common Tasks

Launch a campaign page

1. Open Donor Hub → Donation Page Builder.
2. Create a page, choose a link slug, and add sections from the sidebar.
3. Set fund allocation and amounts, preview on desktop and mobile, then publish.

Good to Know

Custom giving pages are included on paid plans that include online giving. Processing uses secure online payments; standard card fees apply. Embedded forms open checkout in a secure window so donors stay confident while paying on your site.

Creating a Page

1. Navigate to Donor Hub → Donation Page Builder
2. Click "Create New Page"
3. Enter a page name and link slug
4. Add sections from the sidebar onto your page
5. Click any section to edit its content
6. Use the preview to see how it looks
7. Configure page settings (fund allocation, amounts)
8. Publish when ready

Page Settings

• Suggested Amounts: Pre-set donation buttons ($25, $50, $100, etc.)

• Custom Amount: Allow donors to enter any amount

• Fund Allocation: Which fund donations go to

• Campaign Goal: Set a target for progress bars

• Thank You Message: Custom confirmation text

• Redirect link: Where to send donors after giving

Managing Pages

• Publish/Unpublish: Control when pages are live

• Duplicate: Copy a page as a starting point

• Archive: Hide old campaign pages
