Form-Based Page Builder
The Donor Page Builder is a form-based editor, not a drag-and-drop website builder. Choose the receiving fund, set the title and page slug, add the available description and media fields, configure the options presented in the editor, then save or publish the page. Use the preview to review the donor-facing layout before sharing it.
Publish and Share
Manage draft, published, and archived pages in Donor Hub → Giving Pages. Copy the published page’s link from Donor Hub rather than constructing or hard-coding a domain or URL pattern. Share that copied link wherever you invite supporters to give.
Online Giving Readiness
A published page is not by itself a guarantee that online checkout is available. The receiving organization must satisfy the applicable parent Giving Setup, payment-profile, and checkout readiness checks. If a required accounting mapping or eligibility condition is missing, the payment flow stops before sending a processor payment request.
Donation Records
Processor-confirmed gifts are retained with recorded payment evidence and continue through separate donation, accounting, and follow-up workflows. These are safeguarded steps, not one automatic payment-to-accounting step. For receipt and acknowledgement practices, see Donation Receipts.
